The Rebranding Journey

KSV began by immersing itself in the organization’s world through collaborative working sessions, in-depth interviews with youth served by the organization, and conversations with partners and other community stakeholders. This discovery process was instrumental in uncovering the core elements of  the brand and the values that drive their work.

Armed with this understanding, KSV helped the organization redefine its mission and vision statements, crafting messaging that more accurately reflected its purpose and statewide impact.

The process culminated in the unveiling of a new name: Elevate Youth Services. This name was chosen to instantly communicate the nonprofit’s mission and its far-reaching impact on youth both locally and across Vermont.

With a fresh identity and purpose-driven messaging in place, Elevate Youth Services was poised to make an even greater impact on the lives of youth.
